Yujeong Chang

Yujeong Chang, MSW, LLMSW, is a PhD student in the College of Social Work at The Ohio State University. Yujeong seeks to examine the complex mechanism and transactional processes of multi-level factors across the socio-ecological framework that shapes the psychopathology, developmental pathways, and resilience of children and adolescents with a history of adverse/traumatic experiences. Specifically, Yujeong is interested in the 1) role of multi-level protective/promotive factors and positive childhood experiences that shape resiliency in youth with childhood maltreatment experiences; 2) variation in protective factors’ effect across different racial/ethnic groups; 3) internalizing symptoms and suicidality prevention; and 4) parenting and family resilience.
